Prices
The prices published on the “Israir Net” website may vary according to Israir’s pricing policy. Prices denominated in foreign currency will be charged according to the higher exchange rate for cheque drafts/wire transfers of the respective currency on the payment date. The payment will be charged only following confirmation of the reservation by Israir. After completing the reservation, it shall be processed as a request, until its final confirmation by the various service providers. Reservations which cannot be confirmed immediately will be confirmed via SMS, e-mail, or fax, or by a call center agent, according to the details provided by the user. In case of a discrepancy between the prices that appear on the “Israir Net” website and the actual prices at the time of booking, the binding price will be the price presented to the customer by Israir. In case of a pricing error caused by no fault on Israir’s part or as a result of a human error, Israir may update the price in the reservation and allow cancellation of the reservation with the erroneous price.
Prices of hotel bookings abroad do not include city tax (which may vary between countries), which will be charged by hotels directly from the passenger with no connection to Israir.

The prices of touristic services are based on the cost rates of the services in Israel and abroad, fares of flights, hotels, car rentals, rates of levies, taxes and fees in Israel and abroad and the exchange rates between various currencies and the US dollar, euro or British pound, as they were known to Israir when making the publication on this Website. Any additional cost resulting from a change in any of the above components, including changes in exchange rates and flight fares, which has accumulated prior to the actual payment, for the touristic services ordered, will be borne solely by the passenger.

Please note, that at Luton airport in London, children under the age of 16 travelling at the lowest class of travel (up to 40 inch pitch), are not charged government tax but are charged airport tax. To check your eligibility for a tax refund, please send an e-mail to site@israir.co.il together with your reservation number and a photocopy of your passport. If you made your reservation with a travel agent, please contact them for any inquiries regarding your reservation.

In case of an increase by law of airport taxes, security surcharges and/or any other tax or levy applicable to the passenger starting from the date of booking, such tax and/or surcharge and/or levy will be added to the price of the order, and the passenger will be charged for the difference resulting from such increase. In case of decrease, a proper refund request must be sent to Israir.

In case of any change in flight fares due to an increase in fuel prices, which is determined and charged by the airlines, the following provisions shall apply: in case of a price increase due to an increase in fuel prices, which entered into force before the passenger made any payment to Israir for the ordered touristic services, Israir may charge the passenger for the difference resulting from such change, provided that Israir notified the passenger, or any third party, if applicable, of the expected increase, immediately after becoming aware of such increase. In case of a decrease in fuel prices prior to the ticketing of the relevant flight ticket, the price of the flight will be updated accordingly. Reservations shall not be valid until the payment has been made in full.

Discounts
Eligibility to discount
Users who will register as customers eligible for discount due to their age, will be required to present a document as proof of their eligibility. Users who are not in possession of a suitable document will be charged for the price difference when showing up to receive the services for which such discount is requested or at any other time, as required, through the credit card, the details of which were submitted by them, and/or any other method. No discounts shall be given for purchases made on the “Israir Net” website, including discounts due to membership in a specific profile group and/or any club, except for discounts which may be listed explicitly on the “Israir Net”.

Discounts of residents of Eilat
A discount for resident of Eilat will be given to persons holding a valid Eilat/Arava resident card. Passengers who are residents of Eilat/the Arava region over the age of 12 are required to present a valid Eilat/Arava resident card. For passengers under 12 years of age, it is the responsibility of their parents to present the ID card stub in which the child is registered, together with the parent’s valid Eilat/Arava resident card. Passengers must present a valid Eilat/Arava resident card on all flights.

Child / infant discount
Passengers who have provided false details regarding the age of a child/infant in order to enjoy a lower price, will be immediately charged, by the respective airline or by Israir, the full price according to the airline’s price list, even if this fact was discovered after the passenger’s return to Israel, and will not be entitled to any refund. Prices of tickets for infants under two years of age vary between $70 and $350 (depending on the destination), without entitlement to a seat and/or “Moses basket” and/or baggage and/or any other service provided by the airline.

Methods of payment
Payments for reservation made on the Website shall be made by an Israeli credit card only, and not an international or Direct Card. Israir will not accept cash payments for reservations made by phone or in person, if the price of the transaction exceeds NIS 11,000; in addition, no cash payments will be received from tourists for transactions, the price of which exceeds NIS 55,000, subject to the provisions of the Law for the Reduction in Use of Cash, 5778-2018.
If the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, for any reason whatsoever, the payment will be performed by wire transfer to Israir's bank account only.

Disclosure regarding spreading payments
Payment for bookings made on Israir’s website can be spread into up to five installments without interest. Passengers who choose to spread their payment into six payments or more will be charged an interest according to the number of installments and as specified in the attached schedule.
The original amount (excluding interest), the number of installments chosen, rate and amount of the interest for spreading the payment, the final amount (including interest) and the amount of each installment, will be detailed prior to the confirmation of the reservation and in the invoice sent via e-mail following the confirmation.

Handing fee for telephone orders
The prices published on the Israir website are for reservations made through the website only; for reservations made via the call center, a handling fee will be charged, according to the following price list:

International bookings
Opening a reservation - $20 per passenger
Flight ticket change / cancellation of reservation - $50 per passenger
Related services (seating and baggage) / change and/or addition of services - $10 per passenger
A one-time handling fee will be charged, per passenger, for all the related services ordered for each passenger. Passengers who order extra baggage and seating will pay a one-time charge of $10.
Spelling correction - $10 per passenger
Name change - $55 per passenger
A handling and new ticket fee of $50 will be charged in addition to the change fee and fare differences (if any).

Domestic bookings
Opening a reservation - NIS 20 per passenger
Flight ticket change / cancellation of reservation - NIS 50 per passenger
Related services (seating and baggage) / change and/or addition of services - NIS 10 per passenger

The handling fee is charged for the services provided to customers and will not be refunded when cancelling an ordered ticket/product.

No handling fee for related services will be charged from passengers who have paid a handling fee for opening a reservation when purchasing tickets via the call center

The handling fee charged for all services is in addition to the cost of the service

If the receipt/invoice includes a WEB element - please ignore it, as it neither increases nor decreases the price presented to the passenger prior to the purchase.
