Pregnant passengers on Israir flight
Pregnant passengers must hold a medical certificate approving their flight. Acceptance for the flight is also conditional upon the airline’s approval, and the passenger must verify in advance, before making the reservation, the respective airline’s terms (for flights not operated by Israir) for carriage of pregnant passengers.
As a general rule, pregnant passengers up to the end of the 27th week of pregnancy, shall sign an indemnity form at check-in.
Pregnant passengers from the beginning of the 28th week and until the end of the 35th of pregnancy shall sign an indemnity form and present a medical certificate approving their flight.
Pregnant women from the 36th week of pregnancy are not permitted to fly.
Passengers are obligated to declare their pregnancy status when making the reservation and at check-in.
