General information regarding domestic Israir flight
Passengers who wish to receive information regarding flight confirmation status, can contact us via e-mail at site@israir.co.il and receive current information from us.
Israir reserves the right to cancel the booked flight or change its timing. Flights operated by Israir may naturally involve cancellations, delays, changes of routing and/or destination and/or flight number, even at the last moment, under any applicable law.
Flights delayed so that they depart after the onset of Sabbath due to operational and other constraints- It is hereby clarified, that in case the flight time (departure and/or arrival) is postponed after the onset of Sabbath due to operational or other constraints, passengers will not be entitled to any compensation from Israir, and Israir will not be responsible to any damage incurred by the passenger as a result.
It is the responsibility of passengers to provide Israir with a phone number or any other means by which they can be contacted for receiving notifications of changes from Israir. Passengers are requested to show-up at the check-in counter with an identity card / driving licence / passport /police ID / regular or reserve military service ID (in good order and valid), at least two hours before the departure time indicated on the flight ticket. The check-in counters will be closed 45 minutes before the departure time indicated on the flight ticket. Passenger must report at the departure gate at the indicated time; otherwise, Israir may refuse to allow them to board the flight and their baggage may be offloaded from the aircraft, in order to avoid delay on departure. Flights will not be delayed due to passengers who are late for check-in or the boarding gate; delayed passengers will be denied boarding and Israir will not be responsible for any damage incurred by the passenger as a result of their failure to report on time for the flight, and all the resulting costs will be borne solely by the passenger. In addition, Israir reserves the right not to refund passengers for the cost of the flight ticket, and the responsibility for any damages incurred by Israir will lie solely with the late passenger. No food is served on these flights, but water only.
Obtaining travel documents
Passengers must check the trip documents immediately upon receiving them from Israir or their travel agent, and make sure that they have all the relevant documents (flight tickets, hotel vouchers, car rental and cruise vouchers, etc.), as well as make sure that the details registered in these document match the details of the passenger and the ordered services. It is the responsibility of the passenger to contact Israir or their travel agent if they detect any discrepancy between their details or the details of the reservation and the documents received; otherwise, if the passenger does not contact Israir at a reasonable time prior to their journey regarding such detected discrepancy, the potential results will be their sole responsibility and they will bear all expenses and/or damages caused as a result of such discrepancy.
